Sadly I don't have any brothers or sisters, and well, this surely had advantages, but I missed something, too, I guess. When I hear and see what a big (and I think and hope happy) family you have, then I become a bit sad that I never had something like that. Having a proud and geeky big brother can be annoying and great at the same time, I guess.
Anyway, I can't wait for M&MM, I think I've never been looking forward to an episode of SGA that much. Not even 'Duet' and 'Grace under pressure' which are still my fav eps. But two Hewletts in one episode - the only thing that could be better than that are three or more Hewletts in one ep and I don't suppose that will happen so soon. :)

Hewlett Road in Cheltenham England were I attended Gatecon UK a few weeks ago. There is also a Rodney Road, a Rodney Terrace, a Rodney Hall and O`Neills Pub and they didn`t rename all of that just for the convention I guess.
Enough said indeed! I LOVE that picture. It immediately brought a smile to my face. *big grin* You've heard it before, but I can't wait to see you two on Atlantis together. I hope Mckay and Mrs. Miller isn't the only time.

Cet photo est superbe, ca me rapel que mon propre frère qui habite ici meme à Vancouver avec moi est sur le point de repartir en France pour reprendre ses étude... il va memanquer, on s y habitue vite à ces petites bêtes là.

I LOVE that picture! I'm trying to imagine my brother posing for a picture like that with me, and I think he'd immediately follow it up with some form of tickling or headlock or something;)
I took Spanish in high school and college and promptly forgot most of it :: blush ::
All I can remember of other languages now is the bits I learned in my singing (Italian, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Portugese, Latin, Hebrew...) and a few phrases like "Ich liebe dich." Was very entertaining when I was learning the song; my mom pointed out that it's the only language we've ever heard in which "I love you" sounded like you were spitting at your sweetheart. Though I do have a habit of asking "What?" in German or Spanish when someone says something I need them to repeat. :: shrugs :: Mostly I've just retained the ability to identify a language when I see it, which is useful because Babelfish won't translate it if you don't know which language it is in the first place!
Anyway, welcome to the wonderful world of the web. I love your blog; I think we'd be thick as thieves if we ever met in person (I also have the tendency to post novel-length blog entries;)

HCB - link? I'm on LJ, and I haven't seen it (and I'd like to add to my F-List). I'm guessing someone else created the LJ feed, because you have to have a paid account there to create a syndicated feed on LJ; I can do it, if no one else has already. (yes, I'm a geek, if no one's noticed already;)
